A lonely kitty yearned for a place like home. Two weeks later, another kitten similar to him showed up with the same wish.

The kitten, named Colin, was adopted by the county shelter at a young age of 3-4 weeks. He was full of energy and wanted to push the boundaries of the kennel.
One of the shelter workers took him home to find a shelter. When volunteering AnimalLuvr Dream Rescue Seeing the plea, they immediately offered to adopt him.
That day, Colin was picked up from the shelter and taken to a comfortable, loving home.
“When he arrived, he basically walked out of his career as if he owned the place. He quickly realized he was safe,” his adoptive mother Alison Ilken told Love Meow.
This small 1-pounder huddled very close to his companion, curled up under his chin. He was so eager for his love, as if trying to make up for his lost time.
He was brave as well as loving. He ran up to the friendly resident dog towering over him and began wrestling her tail and biting her ears. He had become a little dynamo and seemed to have no pause button.
Colin was born with a condition called entropia, which causes the eyelids to roll inward and cause inflammation. When it grows big enough, it will need corrective surgery. Nonetheless, nothing seemed to hold him back.
He wanted to play with every inhabitant he met and was always looking for friends. He was overjoyed when he found out he had another rescue kitten at home.
A ginger tigerby named Chloe was found outdoors covered in fleas. Like Colin, she too was lonely and in desperate need of her foster home.
Thanks to proper care and good food, all the pesky fleas are gone and she is making good profits. When she was socially ready, Allison knew just who to introduce herself to.
From the beginning, Colin always wanted a playmate. When he saw a similar age kitten, Chloe, he was ecstatic and fell in love with her at first sight.
“Khloé was a little nervous for the first hour, but then they quickly got stuck,” Alison told Love Meow.
They started jumping, frolicking, and wrestling as if they were always in the same litter.
Now the two are often seen napping on top of each other. When it’s time to eat, they prefer to eat from each other’s bowls while crossing their bodies.
“They’re always looking for each other. Chloe meows when he can’t find him. They cuddle and play together all day.”
After Colin had eye surgery, Khloe never left his side. He kept the motor running non-stop throughout his recovery.
During that time, their bond not only grew stronger, but they also welcomed another foster kitten, Carter.
Two best friends feed on each other’s energy as they go on room-to-room jaunts, discover treasure troves (toys), and chase each other around the house.
“They are very talkative and often meow and meow around the house while playing.”
Naughty kids Colin and Chloe are ready to find a forever home to be loved and spoiled forever.
