About two months ago, a black-and-white cat meowed and appeared in a housing complex during a storm. A kind woman who helps community cats in her area heard her plea and rushed to her rescue.
The tuxedo came from a local cat colony and was found to be heavily pregnant. “Her finder noticed she was crying excessively and immediately put her in a carrier and brought her indoors,” said founder Shelby Uehara. Jin’s Bottle Babieswas shared with Lovenya.
As soon as I brought the cat indoors, she gave birth to a kitten.
She was 6 months old at the time and she was still a kitten herself and didn’t know what to do with the baby. Her kind lady helped her through the process of giving birth and made her feel at ease.
When Shelby was contacted about the cat’s family, she didn’t hesitate to cooperate. “We picked her up the next day and she took in her two needy babies,” Sherby told Love Meow.
“She was very focused on her work as a mother and complained that I would come into the room to weigh her, but she was always very nice to me.”
When the kittens are about 3 weeks old, JenShe, a foster volunteer, welcomed them into her care. She set up a spacious nursery for her family and provided all the amenities her cat mother Panda needed.
Pandas continued to be champion mothers, caring for their young, constantly talking to them and responding to their every whim.
“We were very lucky to have her because we had the space. I love it,” Jen told Love Meow.
Mr. Panda was happy with the new arrangement, except for the housework, which he was wary of at first, but he gradually got used to it. “For her, it was her first time living indoors. She’s learning how to be a pampered woman indoors.”
Kittens are getting bigger and more active day by day. They began to learn to use their feet to explore and wrestle, demonstrating their prowess.
“Panda wanted to be on the bed where everyone could see him. At first he was nervous when I took him out of bed, weighed him and kept a close eye on him. But then we all is here to help her. ”
Soon the panda was relaxing and taking more breaks to spend time with his foster parents. “She is a very sweet girl who loves being petted and having her head scratched.”
It took time for pandas to learn to play with specific toys, get used to new sounds and experiences, and find themselves comfortable on the couch with their companions.
“Yesterday she ran around exploring my living room as if she owned the place. I love it,” Jen said. “From the beginning, kittens think they own everything.”
Pandas are very talkative and can converse with humans. “She’s the talkiest cat, she meows and trills all the time.”
She changed every step of the way and the kittens grew up to be healthy and happy kittens. She said, “She’s a great mother, but this is her only kitten, so she’s very happy to enjoy being a kitten herself.”
When a panda shows up at an apartment complex crying for help, it changes her and her kitten’s life. She loves her comfortable indoor life and being the center of attention whenever she can.
