Several residents have noticed stray cats roaming outside their homes. They started feeding her and made a bed for her out of her blankets.
The cat was pregnant and very hungry. She returned for her food and began to be warmed by the kindness of her people. About two weeks ago she decided to go back to the porch and keep the kitten where her bed used to be.
The first two kittens were born without any problems, but then things went from bad to worse.
The family realized something was wrong and tried to let them inside to help their mother. I’m back from
Volunteer Liz cat’s nip etc., was contacted about the situation and she rushed to their rescue. By the time she arrived, the cat’s mom had returned to her two babies, but she still couldn’t give birth to the rest of her cubs.
“They were able to put her in a career. Liz picked up the family and went straight to the vet,” Missy McNeil of Catsnip and others shared with Love Meow.
Thanks to everyone’s timely efforts, the veterinarian was able to help the cat without surgery. The first two kittens became the only survivors of their litter. I was fighting a fever caused by an infectious disease starting with. “She was exhausted, weak and dehydrated, but the vet was optimistic she would make it through.”
Liz affectionately names it Miracle. She said, “This girl can no longer fight and she needs to fight for her. I don’t know how she was left on the street, but she is now with us.” We are safe together.”
Miracle was given treatment, fluids, and delicious food. By the next day she was fine and she felt much better. Despite this, she never stopped caring for her kitten. “We promised her her easy life from now on. She’s spoiled forever.”
Miracle and her kittens have arrived at the foster home. There was a quiet and comfortable room, plenty of food and the help of foster parents. Even with all the amenities, she chose Carrie as a safe place to take care of her baby.
She was roaring a storm, stretching her happy legs and having little ones breastfeeding on her belly. “I’m so happy that she’s been getting such energetic and loving attention from her foster parents.”
Miracle is a wonderful mother who responds to her kittens’ whims. Make sure she has a full tummy and is clean from her head to toes.
“She loved her baby very much and took care of her even when she was miserable. I won’t do it,” Missy told Love Meow.
Two week old kittens have their eyes open and are becoming more active and adventurous around the nest. They are curious about the world around them, they are starting to move their legs and are trying to learn to walk.
Each of the kittens has grown into a cute, round belly because they never miss a full meal. “They are doing so well. They are lucky to have the best mom in the world.”
Miracle turned up on the family’s porch for food and ended up saving her life. She doesn’t have to worry about finding another meal or a safe place to stay.
Once the kitten is weaned, she begins looking for a loving home that she will love for the rest of her life.
