Kind neighbors went to rescue an abandoned cat outside and eventually saved five kittens as well.

A long-haired black and white cat was found roaming the streets, scavenging for food. A kind neighbor noticed the cat and went to check on it.
“She was left outside when her family moved. Neighbors found her in bones and skin. They took her in and started caring for her and asking for help. We immediately made a place for her.” Adoption of homecoming cats Shared.
A friendly cat named Josie was just under a year old. “She was sweet, outgoing, and a big surprise. Josie was pregnant.”
“She was close to giving birth.
As soon as we arrived, Josie felt comfortable, kneading on her happy feet and purring like a storm. Clearly, she was overjoyed to have a roof over her head and her cuddle.
She hit it off with her adoptive mother quickly. Ellen Richter, got on her lap and melted into her. Josie spent the next few days making lots of biscuits and filling the room with gurgling sounds.
“Josie’s ‘baby watching’ didn’t last long and she soon gave birth to five healthy kittens.” I was relieved.
With five hungry mouths, Josie immersed herself in motherhood: cleaning her baby, breastfeeding her around the clock, and cuddling her in the shower.
She was so caring that she didn’t want to leave their side except for a quick bathroom break.
Ellen brought Josie food to keep her well fed throughout the day. She said, “She had a great appetite and ate well.”
Josie was always hovering over them, responding to their every whim.
After the first week, she began to feel comfortable leaving the nest and spending quality time with her foster parents. “She greeted me at the orphanage door and surprised me with her attention and affection,” Ellen said.
Josie loved to hang out with her friends, but when the kittens peeps, she will quickly approach them and observe them.
When the baby’s eyes opened wide, they started moving their legs, toddling around and wrestling with each other. Mama Josie finally took some time for herself.
Our family of six moved into a spacious enclosure to give the kittens more space to play and stretch safely.
Josie patiently held them down and bathed them from head to tail as they worked on their walking, climbing and jumping skills.
When I got the whole room to myself, all of a sudden, the five kittens started moving around in unison, chasing each other, and all sorts of weird behavior.
Josie was finally ready to quit her mother’s job and started acting like a kitten again. She continued her daily biscuit making on her warm lap and soft blankets as she prepared for the next chapter of her life.
Stranded outside to fend for herself, Josie is saved by the kindness of her neighbors. She arrived at her foster home and she went on to raise five beautiful kittens.
Josie was spayed, tested, and joined other kittens on the adoption floor in the hope that someone special would find her. It didn’t take long for the lovely family to fall in love with this sweet girl at first sight.
“She is enjoying being pampered[in her new home]and has officially retired as a mom.”
